Maddy and Geoff were married at the gorgeous Estancia La Jolla. What a wonderful place! The grounds are exceptionally manicured, the food is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is dedicated to customer service. The event staff helped facilitate a last minute ceremony location change faster than I have ever seen before.

Maddy and Geoff, as well as their families, were truly a pleasure to work with. Utilizing our full planning and coordination services, Maddy had an all-star vendor team made up of Andy of Disc Go Round, Adina of Simply Adina Floral, Paul of Photography by Paul, Pastor Richard Huls and Caprice Strings.

Maddy and Geoff performed a ceremonial pie cutting with a Julian dutch apple pie, while their guests were served delicious apple tartlets with vanilla ice cream from Estancia.

The party really got started went we busted out glow necklaces and braceletes, as well as LED glasses! Everyone had a great time!

Jen and Jason’s wedding ceremony and reception were held at The Prado in Balboa Park. The Prado is such a beautiful and historic San Diego venue! Their ceremony was held out in the Casa del Rey Moro garden. They incorporated the reflecting pool by tossing pennies over their shoulders at the top of the stairs during the recessional.

The cocktail hour and reception were held in the Loggia room and on the Loggia balconies. I absolutely LOVE this room! There is something about the beautiful wood beams, windows overlooking the interior courtyard and view of Balboa Park’s California Tower that makes this one of the most romantic venues in San Diego.

Jen did a fantastic job incorporating her red, white and black color palette into every detail. From her programs, to the table names and escort ‘cards’, Jen handcrafted decor that beautifully tied together the events of the entire day.

Noemi and Kevin were married in the absolutely stunning Immaculata on USD’s campus. Kevin’s uncle performed the ceremony which made it especially intimate even in such a grand setting.

After the ceremony, guests traveled to Balboa Park for a fantastic reception held in the Museum of Photographic Arts. Noemi and Kevin offered heavy appetizers to their guests, including the popular mash potato bar complete with all the toppings! Personal Touch Dining did a great job in providing delicious and beautifully displayed food.

Since a formal dinner was not scheduled for a particular time, and to allow their guests a relaxed, but exceptionally fun party, Noemi and Kevin scheduled most of their reception events immediately following their grand entrance.  Guests made the most of the evening by strolling through the museum galleries, taking entertaining shots in the photobooth and helping themselves to sweets at the candy buffet.

Noemi, Kevin and I spent a lot of time together in the year leading up to their wedding day and I enjoyed every minute of it. They had a great time at their reception, as did all of their friends and family!
